After graduating from Riga Teacher Training and Educational Management
Academy, is currently studying at the Jazeps Vitols Latvian Academy of
Music in jazz department. Artjom is interested in Latin American music
and their musical culture. As a pianist is most interested in LatinJazz
and Jazz, so Artjom started to study at the Academy. He begun his career
as concert artist with Jelgavas Bigband. Artjom composes also his their
own pieces, which, as he himself admits, is a very important process
that allows an artist to grow and develop new ideas. Arjom is also
interested in house music, because this style of music allows to
understand and evaluate the current technologies interaction with music.
