Bio

Marta is jazz singer from Italy. She started studying classical guitar when she was 12 and began to sing and study jazz when she was 23. Since 2015 she studies at the Conservatory of Pescara at the jazz department. Took part in masterclasses and festivals in Italy and abroad. In 2016 she won a scholarship to study and perform in Cape Town, South Africa, where she had the chance to perform at the SAJE Jazz Festival. In 2017 she was selected as a part of the National Jazz Orchestra of Italian Conservatories and performed in many important Italian jazz festivals. She sings in various bands and now is working on her own compositions.
